These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AutosPlug website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing listings, advertising a vehicle, contacting another user, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Welcome to AutosPlug ("AutosPlug", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AutosPlug website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By creating an account, browsing listings, advertising a vehicle, contacting another user, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use AutosPlug.
AutosPlug is an online automotive advertising marketplace operating in the United Kingdom.
Our Platform allows:

AutosPlug exists solely to provide advertising space and communication tools that help buyers and sellers connect.
AutosPlug is not a vehicle dealer, broker, auction house, escrow service, payment processor, financing company, insurer, warranty provider, vehicle inspection company, or transportation company.
AutosPlug does not buy or sell vehicles, does not own any vehicle advertised on the Platform, and is not a party to any agreement between buyers and sellers.
Our responsibility ends with providing the advertising service purchased by the seller. Any contract relating to the purchase or sale of a vehicle is made solely between the buyer and the seller.

AutosPlug may introduce additional account types in the future.
To improve marketplace trust, dealer accounts may be required to provide Company Registration Number, Registered Business Name, Trading Name, Registered Business Address, Business Telephone Number, Business Email Address, and Primary Contact Name. AutosPlug may request additional documentation where necessary.
Private sellers may be required to provide Full Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number. AutosPlug may verify this information where necessary to help reduce fraud.
Verification or providing identity information confirms only that certain business information has been provided. Verification does not mean that AutosPlug recommends the dealer, guarantees honesty/trustworthiness, guarantees vehicle quality, guarantees genuineness of listing, guarantees customer service, or guarantees legal compliance. Buyers should always conduct their own due diligence.
Listing means any advertisement on the platform. Listings become live automatically once the seller completes the listing and any applicable listing fee has been paid (or the listing qualifies for a free promotional offer, such as the Beta Programme).
AutosPlug does not manually approve listings before publication. Publication of a listing does not mean that AutosPlug has inspected the vehicle, confirmed ownership, verified photographs, checked mileage, confirmed service history, confirmed accident history, verified finance status, or approved the contents of the advertisement. All information displayed in a listing is as provided by the seller.
Advertising Services means the paid or promotional services provided for displaying listings. AutosPlug provides advertising services only. The Platform allows sellers to advertise vehicles and enables buyers to contact sellers. AutosPlug does not participate in negotiations between users and is not responsible for any agreement reached between them.
AutosPlug is currently operating as a public Beta Platform. During this period:
AutosPlug reserves the right to end the Beta Programme, introduce paid listing packages, or modify pricing at any time without creating any entitlement to continued free services. Participation in the Beta Programme does not guarantee lifetime free listings or preferential pricing after the promotional period ends.
By advertising a vehicle on AutosPlug, you confirm/certify that:
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their advertisements. This includes vehicle make, model, year, registration, VIN, mileage, service history, MOT status, engine size, fuel type, transmission, previous owners, accident history, finance, modifications, condition, price, and photographs.
AutosPlug does not verify or validate any information supplied by sellers. The publication of a listing must not be interpreted as AutosPlug’s approval or verification.
AutosPlug enforces a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following listings, content, and behaviors are strictly prohibited:
UGC Reporting & Moderation (24-Hour SLA): Users can report objectionable content or block abusive sellers directly within the mobile application or website. AutosPlug investigates all flagged content and reports immediately, and will remove objectionable content and suspend or ban offending user accounts within 24 hours of submission.
AutosPlug reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that breaches these Terms without prior notice.
Sellers must disclose all material information that may reasonably affect a buyer's purchasing decision, including previous accident damage, write-off status, outstanding finance, mechanical/structural defects, flood damage, odometer replacement, imported status, significant modifications, or known safety issues.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
Buyers are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before purchasing a vehicle. Therefore before committing to a purchase, buyers should inspect the vehicle in person, verify ownership and registration, check VIN and history reports, verify finance status, review service history, arrange mechanical inspections, and confirm genuine documentation.
AutosPlug does not perform these checks on behalf of buyers. Buyers acknowledge that they purchase vehicles entirely at their own risk upon their own enquiries and independent advice.
Any inspection or test drive is arranged solely between the buyer and the seller. AutosPlug does not arrange inspections, supervise test drives, provide insurance, or accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, theft, or disputes. Users participate entirely at their own risk.
All payments are made directly between buyers and sellers. AutosPlug does not receive or process payments for vehicles, hold funds, provide escrow, guarantee payment, delivery, or ownership transfer. Users are solely responsible for completing transactions safely.
AutosPlug does not guarantee that a vehicle will be sold, a buyer will complete a purchase, a seller will honour an agreement, or a transaction will proceed successfully. AutosPlug is not responsible for failed negotiations or disputes.
The Platform provides messaging tools to help buyers and sellers communicate. Users must not use messaging to harass, spam, distribute malware, impersonate others, conduct illegal activities, or threaten users. AutosPlug reserves the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action.
AutosPlug is committed to reducing fraud but cannot guarantee that every listing or user is genuine. We may suspend suspicious accounts, remove fraudulent listings, request identity or business verification, cooperate with law enforcement, and preserve evidence. Users should report suspicious behaviour immediately.
We recommend users meet in a public location, avoid carrying large amounts of cash, inspect vehicles before paying, verify identity documents, never rely solely on photographs, and obtain independent history reports. These recommendations are for guidance only and do not constitute legal or financial advice.
AutosPlug is not an agent, representative, employee, or partner of any user. Nothing in these Terms creates a joint venture, agency, employment, or partnership relationship. Each user acts independently and is solely responsible for their own actions.
AutosPlug offers advertising packages that allow sellers to promote their vehicles. Package features, pricing, listing duration, and promotional offers may vary from time to time and will be displayed before purchase.
Listing fees are charged solely for advertising services provided by AutosPlug (publication and duration of advertisement). Payment of a listing fee does not purchase a buyer, a successful sale, enquiries, offers, website traffic, test drives, or financial return. AutosPlug fulfils its contractual obligation once your advertisement is published for the purchased duration.
During the Beta Programme, AutosPlug may offer free listings, discounted advertising packages, promotional credits, or introductory pricing. These offers are promotional only and may be amended or withdrawn without notice.
All listing fees must be paid using the payment methods made available on the Platform. AutosPlug reserves the right to refuse payment, cancel suspicious transactions, delay publication, or request additional verification.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all listing fees become non-refundable once the advertising service has commenced or a listing has been published. For complete details, please refer to our full Refund Policy.
AutosPlug may occasionally offer promotional discounts, vouchers, referral rewards, or free campaigns. Promotions cannot normally be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
All intellectual property rights relating to AutosPlug (name, logos, branding, website design, mobile application, software, databases, graphics, source code) belong to AutosPlug or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Users retain ownership of uploaded content. However, by uploading content, you grant AutosPlug a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, resize, distribute, promote, and use it for marketing the Platform.
You agree not to upload malware, interfere with security, hack, scrape listings without written permission, send spam, impersonate others, post illegal content, or create fake accounts. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
AutosPlug may suspend any account where it reasonably believes that a user has breached these Terms, submitted false information, uploaded misleading listings, committed fraud, or engaged in illegal activity.
AutosPlug reserves the right to permanently terminate an account for serious or repeated breaches. Termination does not entitle a user to a refund of listing fees already paid.
Listings remain active only for the advertising period purchased. Once expired, advertisements may be removed from public view unless renewed.
AutosPlug aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, or external disruptions.
AutosPlug provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutosPlug excludes all implied warranties, representations, and conditions regarding availability, listing accuracy, user genuineness, or vehicle roadworthiness.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, AutosPlug excludes liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from inaccurate listings, fraud, stolen vehicles, defects, payment disputes, or technical downtime.
Where allowed by law, AutosPlug's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to AutosPlug for the specific advertising service during the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutosPlug and its officers against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, vehicle listings, uploaded content, or vehicle sales/purchases.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the AutosPlug Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. AutosPlug is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or products.
AutosPlug shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, power/internet outages, cyber-attacks).
AutosPlug may add, modify, or remove features, advertising packages, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
AutosPlug may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Failure by AutosPlug to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AutosPlug.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
