TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptable Use & Account Eligibility

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• All registration and profile details provided are accurate and truthful.
• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials and account access details.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales, transfers, and consumer protection.

2. Vehicle Listings & Transactions

AutosPlug operates strictly as an advertising platform and vehicle marketplace venue:

• Listing Verification: While we offer VIN validation tools to confirm manufacturer specifications, we do not inspect, certify, guarantee, or take title to any vehicle listed on the Service.
• No Brokerage or Agency: AutosPlug is not a party to any contract of sale or transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not act as vehicle brokers, dealers, agents, or escrow operators.
• Transaction Safety: Users are solely responsible for inspecting vehicles, negotiating terms, conducting test drives in safe public environments, verifying payment methods, and completing correct transfer of title paperwork. We strongly advise against sending wire transfers or advance deposits to unverified parties.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy & EULA

IMPORTANT FOR ALL USERS: Our Service allows users to create vehicle advertisements, descriptions, photos, and exchange chat messages. To maintain a safe environment on our mobile application and satisfy App Store and Google Play safety guidelines, the following rules apply:

• Prohibited Objectionable Content: You are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, or transmitting any content that is:
  • Obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or offensive.
  • Defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, or promoting violence or discrimination.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or promoting illegal activities (such as listing stolen vehicles).
  • Infringing on intellectual property or copyright laws.
• Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content or abusive behaviors. Any user found violating these guidelines will face immediate action.
• Content Removal & Account Suspension: AutosPlug reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove objectionable content instantly and permanently block or terminate the account of any user who violates these rules, without warning or refund.
• In-App Reporting/Flagging: A flagging mechanism is provided inside the application. Users can report objectionable listings, messages, or abusive accounts by clicking the "Report" flag button. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
• In-App User Blocking: Users can block any abusive profile or chat partner at any time by clicking "Block User" in the menu. Blocked users will not be able to contact you, view your listings, or send messages.

4. Subscriptions, Promotions, & In-App Billing

Billing and premium upgrades are handled according to store developer policies:

• Digital Purchases & Boosts: Payments for digital upgrades (such as boosted listings, featured ad tokens, or dealer premium subscription tiers) are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system (iOS) and Google Play Billing (Android) to remain compliant with store guidelines.
• Physical Transactions: Fees or payments related to actual physical vehicle sales are arranged directly between the buyer and seller outside of store billing requirements. Stripe payment processing may be utilized on our website or within specific physical seller integrations.
• Pricing: Subscription fees and listing boost costs are subject to change. Active subscriptions auto-renew through your respective App Store or Google Play account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property protections govern all materials on the Service:

• Ownership: Autosplug owns all layout, designs, code, graphics, branding, and assets. You may not copy, scrape, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written consent.
• Content License: By posting listings, you grant Autosplug a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, edit, and share your listings across the platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Please review our legal disclaimers carefully:

• As-Is Basis: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• No Liability for Transactions: AutosPlug is not responsible for any transaction losses, vehicle defects, title disputes, mechanical failures, personal injury, or damages arising from deal negotiations or sales contract failures.
• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) during the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Account Termination

Rules regarding account closures and suspensions:

• By User: You can close your account at any time. Accounts can be permanently deleted inside the app profile settings or via email request.
• By AutosPlug: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account access if you violate these Terms, cause harm to other users, or fail store compliance audits.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of London, UK.
